We will post more photos as the project progresses over the next year. Stay Tuned...

Sarasota County Director of Libraries and Historical Resources, Sarabeth Kalajian, welcomed community members to the October 30, 2017 Groundbreaking Ceremony.
Sarabeth Kalajian welcomes William Jervey, and presents an artist rendering of the new library. Dr. Jervey hopes his lead gift will inspire many others to contribute to the library now and in the future.
Dr. William H. Jervey Jr. discussed his feelings about the Venice Public Library and his inspiration for making a one million dollar endowment gift to support programs, services, and future enhancements at the new library.
